"I believe that great art and design is the perfect combination of color, texture, and tone. However, a home should also reflect the client’s individual taste and interests. What colors do they love? Do they have art or furniture that were collected on their travels, or perhaps are heirlooms? Do they want to be energized, or feel soothed in their environment? Do they want to be cozy and comfortable? Must it be “child-proof”? Or are they staging the area for potential sale? These are among the important questions I ask when meeting with a client. Additionally, I find that each space 'asks' for what it wants. This creative partnership between the client, designer, and the space is what creates the magic that becomes your home. The process is a personalized, intimate experience that sets a 'house' apart from a 'home'."
